Meet the Lincoln Elementary PTC Leadership Team

The Lincoln Elementary Parent-Teacher Club is led by dedicated volunteers who work together to support our students, teachers, and school community. Every role plays an important part, and we'd love for you to be part of the team.

President

• Provides leadership for the PTC, leads meetings, works with school administration, and helps guide the organization's mission and goals.

Vice President

• Supports the President, assists with events and committees, and steps in when needed.

Secretary

• Maintains meeting minutes, records, communications, and helps manage the website and social media.

Co-Secretary

• Assists the Secretary with communications, records, and digital content.

Treasurer

• Manages the PTC's finances, including budgeting, fundraising income, expenses, and financial reporting.

Co-Treasurer

• Supports the Treasurer with financial records, deposits, reporting, and other accounting duties.

Sergeant-at-Arms

• Helps meetings run smoothly, supports event logistics, and ensures PTC bylaws are followed.

Volunteer Coordinator

• Recruits, organizes, and supports volunteers for PTC events and activities.

General Member

• Attends meetings, volunteers at events, shares ideas, and helps support the success of our students, teachers, and school community.
